- Definitions
In these terms & conditions:
'The company' shall mean Multimessage Systems Ltd T/A Telecom Spares whose registered office is Units 2-4 Cranborne Road Industrial Estate, Potters bar, Herts, EN6 3JN. Registered in the UK, Registration No. 2409183 / VAT Registration No. GB 544378427. 'The customer' Shall mean the person, firm, Company or organisation purchasing or agreeing to purchase the goods from the company. 'Goods' shall mean the equipment supplied by the company. - Prices
The prices on our website our correct at the time of publication; however they may be subject to change without notice. We will contact the customer in such circumstances. VAT is chargeable at the rate ruling at the date of dispatch. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. - Payment
For those without a credit account payment is required either by Paypal or credit card before the items will be dispatched. - Carriage
Carriage is calculated by weight of the items being delivered. The carriage cost not included in the prices shown and is added on to the total when checking out. - Warranty
Generally all the equipment in our shop is refurbished unless stated as New. All our equipment sold has been tested and refurbished to a high quality and is covered by a 6 month warranty. We make a note of the serial number of each item we sell to check the warranty status. The 6 month warranty starts the day they are purchased. Any misuse or abuse of goods will invalidate the warranty. Your statutory rights are not affected. Should the goods be tested and then found not to be faulty then the customer will be charged for the postage. The company reserves the right to repair, replace or credit the faulty items at its discretion. The customer is responsible to ensure the goods are returned to the company. - Cancelling Orders
The company reserves the right to refuse the return of any goods ordered in error even if notified within 7 days.
The company reserves the right to charge a handling fee for the goods if they are dispatched and then returned as they will need to be tested and repackaged. - Returns
The customer should inspect goods upon receipt and notify the company of any defects or complaints within 7 days. The company will provide the customer with a returns number. The customer should return the goods with the returns number on the outside of the box and with all the original parts and should be returned as delivered. There will be a 20% handling charge which covers the cost of test and repackaging of the item returned.
