Delivery Guarentee
Delivery is on a 'next day' service for orders placed before 3.30pm on Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). This implies for orders being delivered to mainland England, Scotland and Wales.
'Next day' service denotes that delivery will be before close of business and normally this will be before 3pm. Orders placed after 3.30pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery charges are based on the weight of the items being shipped.
Generally charges are as follows:
- Up to 5kg is £10.00
- Up to 15kg is £18.60
- Up to 30kg is £26.50
For deliveries outside the UK mainland, the delivery cost is dependent on distance and please contact us for delivery prices.
We have daily courier collection at 4:30pm each day and can process orders up until 3:30pm. DPD is one of the UK's leading time critical services carriers and can satisfy our distribution requirements for the UK or elsewhere in the world. DPD offer a standard next day UK delivery service and can supply you with a one hour delivery window service, DPD Predict.
Telecom Spares use 3rd party couriers and so there may be unforeseen circumstances when the couriers fail to perform the service required. Though this happens rarely, it may occur and we cannot be held responsible.
